Profiles & Multi-Site Management A profile in QueryCatch represents one website or one client. All your integrations, content, contacts and settings live inside a profile, and switching profiles flips the entire workspace cleanly. This is the right model for agencies, in-house teams managing multiple brands and anyone who runs more than one site. Profile Settings (configuring an existing profile) is documented separately. This guide covers the lifecycle of profiles themselves. Why profiles matter Every integration token (Google Search Console, Analytics, Shopify, Kinsta) is bound to one profile — no cross-leak. AI brand guidelines, CRM contacts and saved competitors stay scoped to the active profile. Team membership is per profile, so you can give a freelancer access to one client without exposing the rest. Each profile beyond the included one adds an additional charge to your subscription Pricing for additional profiles Your base plan includes one website profile. Each additional website profile is $79/month or $790/year. Each additional team seat (beyond the two included) is $19/month or $190/year Pricing is shown clearly on the create-profile screen and in Billing → Overview before you confirm. See the Pricing & Plans guide for the full breakdown. Creating a profile Click the profile selector in the top navigation and choose New Profile, or open Profiles in the sidebar. Enter a profile name (this is what shows in the switcher) and the website URL. Optionally add a short description. Save — you become an admin of the new profile Switching between profiles The profile switcher lives in the top of every authenticated screen. Switching swaps every metric, integration and feature instantly. Your last-active profile is remembered when you log back in Roles within a profile Admin — full read and write access; can manage integrations, billing, team and settings. Viewer — read-only access; cannot change settings, invite teammates or modify integrations Roles are per profile. Being admin on one profile does not grant any access on another. Cancelling a profile Profiles you no longer need can be cancelled from billing. Cancellation stops further charges; the data and integrations attached to the profile become inaccessible. If you change your mind, contact support before the profile is fully cleaned up. Pro Tip: For agencies, name profiles with the client's brand name rather than the URL — it makes the switcher far easier to scan when you have ten or twenty profiles.
