Partner Program The QueryCatch Partner Program rewards anyone who refers paying clients. Once you are signed up as a partner and a client has approved the link to their profile, you earn 20% of their subscription revenue. Partner is a separate role to admin and viewer. You can be a partner without being a member of any client's profile, and a member without being a partner. Becoming a partner Open the Partner section in the sidebar and complete the registration form. Provide your personal or business details (including ABN if you are an Australian business). Submit your application — it enters a pending state while the QueryCatch team reviews it. We aim to review applications within 2–3 business days and you will be emailed the decision. Once approved, connect a PayPal account (or add Australian bank details for manual payouts) and start linking client profiles New applications now require manual approval. While your application is pending you will see an 'Application under review' screen on the Partner page — no action is required from you until you receive the decision email. Linking client profiles Earnings only accrue on profiles you have explicitly linked, and only after the client approves the link. This stops anyone from claiming revenue on accounts they did not refer. From your partner dashboard, send a profile-link request to the client. The client opens the request at /partner/respond and reviews who is asking. On approval, the profile shows up in your dashboard and earnings accrue from that point forward. Either side can revoke the link at any time Earnings dashboard The dashboard shows your earnings and the status of every linked profile. Monthly earnings summary. Linked profile list with status. Pending payout amount. Payout history Payouts Payouts run on a monthly cycle and are calculated for the previous month. Each payout is settled either through your connected PayPal account or, if you have added Australian bank details in your settings, by manual bank transfer. Both methods go through the same approval and verification process. Tax documents (RCTI / remittance advice) A tax document is issued automatically for every paid payout and is attached to your payout email and downloadable from the Payouts page. If you are registered for GST, you receive a Recipient-Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) issued by QueryCatch under LI 2023/20, showing the 10% GST on your commission. If you are not registered for GST, you receive a Recipient-Created Remittance Advice with no GST. Documents are sequentially numbered and reflect your details at the time of payout Approving partner-linked clients If you receive a partner-link request as a client, the request lands at /partner/respond. Review who is asking, then accept or decline. Accepting does not change anything about your subscription cost — the partner share comes out of QueryCatch's revenue. You can revoke a link later if your relationship with the partner changes Your participation is governed by the QueryCatch Partner Program Terms & Conditions, which you accept when you apply.
