What you see when QueryCatch is down for planned maintenance or while we fix a problem, on the web and in the Shopify app.

Maintenance and Outages Now and then QueryCatch is down for a short while: for planned maintenance, or while we fix a problem. When that happens, QueryCatch shows a page that says so, instead of errors or a blank screen. What you'll see Open QueryCatch while it's down and you'll see a page saying whether it's planned maintenance or a problem we're fixing. When we know roughly how long it will take, the page shows the time we expect to be back, in your own time zone. /assets/documentation/maintenance-and-outages/outage-page.webp In the Shopify app The QueryCatch app in your Shopify admin shows the same page, styled like the rest of your admin. The rest of Shopify works as normal. /assets/documentation/maintenance-and-outages/shopify-app.webp When we're back You don't need to do anything. The page checks every 30 seconds and reloads by itself when QueryCatch is back, so you can leave it open. What stays up The QueryCatch website, these guides, pricing and the changelog stay up during an outage. Signing in, the dashboard, the partner portal, the Shopify app, shared reports, invitation and report email links, and connecting an AI assistant pause until we're back.
