Email Reports Overview QueryCatch's email reports feature allows you to share SEO audit reports, performance insights, and analysis with team members and stakeholders directly from the platform. Recipients receive a secure link to view the report online, ensuring they always see the most up-to-date information. Email reports are available for SEO audits and can be shared with multiple recipients. Each report link is valid for 30 days from creation. Key Features Share SEO audit reports via email. Track when reports are accessed How to Share Reports 1. Generate Your Report First, navigate to the SEO Audit section and run an audit for your website. Once the audit is complete, you'll see the option to share the report. 2. Click Share Button Look for the 'Share via Email' button in the report header. This opens the email sharing dialog. 3. Add Recipients Enter primary recipient email addresses (required). Add CC recipients if needed (optional). Include a custom message to provide context. Click 'Send Report' to share What Recipients Receive Recipients will receive a professionally formatted email containing: Report title and website URL. Your custom message (if provided). A secure link to view the full report. Key metrics summary. Link expiration date (30 days) Recipients don't need a QueryCatch account to view shared reports. They can access the report directly through the secure link. Report Access & Security Secure Access Links Each shared report generates a unique, secure URL that: Cannot be guessed or discovered. Expires automatically after 30 days. Shows read-only version of the report. Includes all data from the time of sharing. Works on any device with internet access Privacy & Permissions Only users with access to the original report can share it. Shared reports are read-only. Recipients cannot modify or reshare the report. Ensure recipient's email server isn't blocking automated emails. Try resending the report Link Expired If a report link has expired after 30 days, you'll need to generate and share a new report.
