Review and approve AI-generated changes before they go live across your site

Approvals Workflow Approvals is a shared inbox for changes that QueryCatch wants to apply on your behalf — usually AI-generated rewrites or bulk edits. Nothing leaves the platform until a teammate signs off, so AI never publishes silently. Find Approvals in the main sidebar. Every profile has its own queue — switching profiles changes the inbox you see. Each request names what it changes: the page, product, image or blog post, with the page's address, the image's file name or the product's SKU where there is one. For example, "meta title for Seeded Rye (/products/seeded-rye)" is a proposed meta title for the Seeded Rye product page. A long name is shortened in the list: point at it to see it in full, or open the request, which for pages and images also shows the item's number in your store or site, such as Shopify product 102. Approved — accepted but not yet pushed to the destination. Applied — successfully written to the target. Changes requested — sent back with a note; no change made. Cancelled — withdrawn by the requester, or an admin, before review Reviewing a change Open the request from the To review tab. Read the proposed change next to the current value. Click Approve, then Apply changes to put it live (the requester or any admin can also apply it later; Merchant Center product changes can only be applied by an admin), or Request changes to send it back with a note. Applied changes are written through to the destination /assets/documentation/approvals-workflow/review-request.webp From the page the change came from Requests for meta titles and descriptions, images, Merchant Center products and blog posts also show in a banner at the top of the page they came from, such as Image Optimisation or AI Meta Title Optimiser, named the same way and, for pages and images, with the item's number. The reviewer can approve and apply a request there, and once it's approved the requester can apply it (Merchant Center product changes need an admin). /assets/documentation/approvals-workflow/review-from-the-page.webp Permissions Anyone on the profile can submit changes for approval. Only the reviewer a request is sent to can approve it or send it back, and reviewers must be admins. Each decision records who reviewed it and when Treat Approvals as your audit log. Even when only one person is actively reviewing, the trail of who proposed and approved a change is invaluable when reverting or troubleshooting.
