Review and approve AI-generated changes before they go live across your site
Approvals Workflow Approvals is a shared inbox for changes that QueryCatch wants to apply on your behalf — usually AI-generated rewrites or bulk edits. Nothing leaves the platform until a teammate signs off, so AI never publishes silently. Find Approvals in the main sidebar. Every profile has its own queue — switching profiles changes the inbox you see. The two tabs To review Items other people on the team have queued up that need your decision. My requests Items you sent for review. Track which are still pending, which were approved and applied, which were rejected and which you cancelled before review. Status meanings Pending — waiting on a reviewer. Approved — accepted but not yet pushed to the destination. Applied — successfully written to the target. Rejected — declined; no change made. Cancelled — withdrawn by the requester before review Reviewing a change Open the request from the To review tab. Read the proposed change next to the current value. Click Approve to apply the change, or Reject to dismiss it. Approved changes are written through to the destination Permissions Anyone on the profile can submit changes for approval. Admins can approve or reject requests. Each decision records who reviewed it and when Treat Approvals as your audit log. Even when only one person is actively reviewing, the trail of who proposed and approved a change is invaluable when reverting or troubleshooting.Documentation
