Your blog drafts. In your brand voice. In minutes.
QueryCatch turns a saved blog topic into a publish-ready draft — brand voice baked in, focus keyword respected, internal links pulled from your real top-performing pages.
Brand-aware by default
Every draft respects your brand guidelines — tone, do’s, don’ts and notes — so the output sounds like you, not a chatbot.
Built around a focus keyword
Start from a saved topic with title, slug, meta description and focus keywords. The draft is structured for the search intent you picked.
Internal links from your real pages
The writer pulls your top-performing pages from Google Search Console and weaves contextually relevant internal links into the draft.
From topic to draft, in four steps
Each step builds on the last so the draft you get reflects your brand, your strategy and your real site — not a generic prompt.
Pick a saved blog topic
Bring a topic in from the AI Blog Topic Generator — or save your own. Each topic carries its title, slug, meta description, focus keywords and heading outline through to the writer.
Choose length and tone
Short, medium or long. Pick from eight tone presets — professional, casual, formal, friendly, authoritative, playful, inspirational, technical — or QueryCatch can detect your usual tone from analytics.
Watch it stream live
The draft writes itself in real time inside our editor. Brand voice, focus keyword and internal-link suggestions are all applied as the AI generates each section.
Refine and export on your terms
Edit in the built-in rich-text editor. Save the draft inside QueryCatch, then copy it across to your CMS when you’re ready — you stay in control of when it goes live.
Generic AI vs QueryCatch Blog Writer
Most AI writers give you a blank prompt and hope you remember to paste your style guide. Ours bakes the strategy in.

The unfair advantage: AI Brand Guidelines
Brand Guidelines are how QueryCatch keeps every AI output — blog drafts, meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, SEO audit recommendations — sounding like the same brand. Set your tone, your do’s, your don’ts and any brand notes once. Every AI feature reflects them automatically.
Learn how Brand Guidelines workBuilt for the people who actually ship the content
Whether you’re a team of one or twenty, the Blog Writer scales with you.
In-house marketing teams
Ship 4–8 on-brand drafts a week without bottlenecking on a single writer. Set the brand guidelines once — every team member generates copy that sounds the same.
SEO agencies managing many clients
Each client profile holds its own brand guidelines. Switch profiles, write a draft, and the output reflects that client’s voice — no copy-paste of style guides into prompts.
Founders running their own SEO
You don’t have a content team. You also don’t want copy that smells like AI. The Blog Writer pairs your saved topic with your brand voice so the first draft is 80% there.
Frequently asked questions
Honest answers about how the AI Blog Writer actually works.
How is this different from ChatGPT or generic AI writing tools?
Two things. First, every draft is generated against your saved brand guidelines — tone, do’s, don’ts and brand notes — so the output sounds like you across every session and every team member. Second, the draft is structured around a saved blog topic with focus keywords, meta description and heading outline, and the writer pulls internal links from your real top-performing pages in Google Search Console.
What are brand guidelines and why do they matter?
Brand guidelines are a small, structured profile of how your brand sounds — tone of voice, things to always do, things to never do, and free-form notes about positioning or vocabulary. QueryCatch applies them automatically across every AI feature (Blog Writer, Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, Image Alt Text and SEO Audit recommendations) so your AI output stays consistent without anyone re-pasting a style guide. See the Brand Guidelines page for more.
Where do drafts go after the AI generates them?
Drafts live inside QueryCatch as saved entries you can re-open, edit, or share with an approver. We deliberately keep a human-in-the-loop step — AI writes the first draft, you decide when and where it gets published.
How long are the drafts?
Three preset lengths: short (~500 words), medium (~1,000 words) and long (~1,500 words). The model is asked to hit your chosen length while still serving the focus keyword and respecting your brand voice.
Can the AI generate hero images or featured media?
No — the Blog Writer focuses on text only. For image alt text and on-page image optimisation, use the AI Image Optimisation tool, which runs on the same brand voice.
How does it handle internal linking?
When your Google Search Console integration is connected, QueryCatch knows which of your existing pages get traffic and which keywords they rank for. The writer uses that context to suggest contextually relevant internal links inside the draft — not random links.
Is the AI output unique each time?
Yes. Every draft is generated fresh against your topic, your focus keyword, your tone choice and your brand voice. No two outputs are identical — even on the same topic.
Who can edit the brand guidelines that the writer uses?
Only profile admins can edit brand guidelines. Viewers can use the Blog Writer and benefit from the configured voice, but they can’t change the rules — which keeps your brand voice consistent across the team.
