QueryCatch pricing is based on a base plan plus additional resources: **Base Plan**: $99/month (includes 1 website + 2 team members). **Additional Websites**: +$79/month each. **Additional Team Members**: +$19/month each. **Annual Billing**: 17% discount (pay for 10 months, get 12) What's included in every plan? All 20+ SEO and analytics features. Google Search Console & Analytics integrations. WordPress, Shopify, and Kinsta integrations. Unlimited API access and data exports. QueryCatch IQ (AI-powered keyword research). Email reports and team collaboration. Complete audit trail and security features No feature gates! Every plan includes access to all QueryCatch features. Do you offer free trials? No, due to API usage rates, a free trial is not available. What payment methods do you accept? Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Debit cards (bank-issued). Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay where supported). Bank transfers (ACH for US customers). International cards from most countries Subscription Management How do I add more team members? Add team members through the billing upgrade flow: Navigate to `/billing/upgrade?addSeats=true`. Select number of additional seats needed ($19/month each). Enter email addresses for automatic team invitations. Complete payment - charges are prorated for the current billing cycle. New team members receive invites immediately How do I remove team members? Remove team members through subscription management: Go to billing dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription'. Select number of seats to remove. Empty seats are removed first automatically. If occupied seats need removal, select specific members to remove. Confirm changes - credits apply to next billing cycle Profile owners cannot be removed. Admins can be removed by other admins/owners. Can I change from monthly to annual billing? Yes! Contact our support team to switch billing frequencies. We'll calculate prorated adjustments and apply the 17% annual discount. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. How do I cancel my subscription? Cancellation is 'at period end' to protect your data: Admin/Owner clicks 'Cancel Subscription' in billing dashboard. Review data deletion warnings carefully. Confirm cancellation with admin privileges. Continue using QueryCatch until billing period expires. Profile and all data deleted automatically at period end Cancellation permanently deletes all profile data, integrations, and team access. Export important data before cancelling. Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription? Yes! You can reactivate until the exact moment your billing period ends. After that, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Multiple Profiles & Organizations How do I add another website/profile? Create additional profiles for separate organizations or websites: Navigate to `/billing/upgrade` and select 'Add Profile'. Enter organization name and website URL. Choose team size (minimum 2 seats required). Complete payment ($99 base + $19 for additional seats). Each profile gets its own separate subscription and billing Do I pay separately for each profile? Yes, each profile is a separate organization with its own $99/month base plan plus any additional seats/websites. This ensures complete data isolation and independent billing. Can the same user be in multiple profiles? Absolutely! Users can be members of multiple profiles with different roles in each. For example, you could be an Admin in your company profile and a Viewer in a client's profile. How do I switch between profiles? Use the profile selector dropdown in the top navigation bar. Your billing dashboard will show information for the currently selected profile only. Proration & Billing Cycles How does proration work? Proration calculates charges/credits based on remaining time in your billing cycle: Example: Adding 2 seats ($38/month) with 15 days left in 30-day cycle: Prorated Charge = ($38 × 15 days) ÷ 30 days = $19 **Additions**: Charged immediately for remaining billing period. **Reductions**: Credit applied to next billing cycle. **Fair Calculation**: Only pay for time actually used When do proration charges appear? **Adding Seats**: Immediate charge for prorated amount. **Adding Profiles**: Immediate charge for remaining billing period. **Removing Seats**: Credit shows on next invoice. **Plan Changes**: Immediate charge/credit for difference Why don't I see credits immediately? Credits from seat reductions or downgrades are applied to your next billing cycle, not as immediate refunds. This is standard SaaS practice and ensures billing simplicity. Invoices & Payments Where can I download invoices? Access all invoices through your billing dashboard: Navigate to billing dashboard. Scroll to 'Invoice History' section. Click 'Download PDF' for printable receipts. Click 'View Hosted' for online viewing. Invoices are also emailed automatically What if my payment fails? Payment failures are handled gracefully: **Immediate Retry**: Automatic retry within 24 hours. **Email Notification**: Sent to billing contact. **Grace Period**: 7-day grace period before service interruption. **Update Payment**: Fix payment method through billing dashboard. **Contact Support**: Get help resolving payment issues Can I get a refund? Promote team members to Admin role through profile settings. Only existing Admins and Owners can grant Admin privileges to other team members. Can Viewers see billing information? Viewers have read-only access to basic subscription information (current plan, seat count) but cannot access detailed billing, invoices, or make any billing changes. Technical Questions Is my payment information secure? Yes!
